Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/8 c. poppy seed
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together, blending until all ingredients are mixed.
Line muffin tins with paper liners or spray tins with Pam.
Spoon mixture into muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Makes 48 miniature muffins or 18 to 20 regular size.
