Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla and cooking oil in large bowl; set aside.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to first ingredients.
Mix well.
Add apples and pecans; mix well. Place batter in greased and floured Bundt pan and cook for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
