Salmon Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 14 3/4 oz. can pink salmon
    1 large onion chopped fine
    2 stalks celery chopped fine
    2 or 3 tbsp. Miracle Whip
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish (opt.)
Preparation
    Drain liquid from salmon and break into small pieces.
    Add onion, celery and Miracle Whip and blend.
    Add salt and pepper and pickle relish.
    If desired, white tuna can be used instead of salmon.
