Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    1 c. pecans
    1 clove garlic
    vinegar and salt to taste
    paprika
    chili powder
Preparation
    Grind cheese, garlic and pecans in finest grinder.
    Mix well. Add vinegar and salt to taste.
    This mixture is rather soft.
    Form into small log and put in refrigerator.
    When cheese is cooled, mix together paprika and chili powder and roll log in mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap.
