Buttermilk Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    5 medium chicken breasts
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in skillet (one that can be put into oven).
    Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk; roll in flour, salt and pepper.
    Place in skillet and brown slightly on both sides, on top of stove, then bake in oven for 30 minutes. Mix soup and 1 cup of buttermilk.
    Pour over chicken.
    Return to oven and bake until tender.
