Chicken-Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer, cut up
    salt
    1 bunch broccoli, cut into thin stalks
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3 c. hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt butter or margarine in oven.
    Roll chicken in margarine.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt and bake for 30 minutes.
    In 12-inch skillet over low heat, bring 1-inch of water to boiling.
    Add broccoli and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and bring to boiling.
    Cover and cook 1 minute; drain.
