Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans
3 or 4 ripe bananas

Preparation

Cream shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
Add flour, bananas and pecans.
Spoon batter into greased loaf pan.
