Petite Party Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. water
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sifted flour
2 eggs
Preparation

Heat water and butter to boiling point in saucepan.
Mix in flour at once.
Stir constantly until mixture leaves side of pan and forms into a ball, about 1 minute.
Beat eggs one at a time, beating until smooth after each addition.
Whip mixture until velvety.
Drop by level teaspoonful in small mound on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes. Cool puffs and split to fill with chicken salad or your favorite sandwich filling.
Yields about 40.
