Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. canned apple slices
1 1/8 c. reserved apple liquid
3 heaping tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
1 3/8 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Drain apples, reserving liquid.
Place apples into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar.
Pour 1 1/8 cups reserved liquid over top.
In a bowl, sift remaining 1 cup sugar with flour.
Thoroughly mix in the melted oleo.
Spread over apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
