Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole, medium chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain or 2 c. hot, cooked rice
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
chicken broth
1/2 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
tomato wedges and parsley (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with onion salt and lemon pepper.
Prepare rice.
In medium skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in butter about 20 minutes or until tender.
Remove to platter and keep warm.
