Campfire Stew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chopped meat
    2 large onions
    4 potatoes
    4 carrots
    butter
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Spray bottom of baking pan with Pam.
    Then press in meat in a thin layer.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Put slices of butter on top.
    Peel and slice onions, potatoes and carrots 1/4-inch thick. Layer on top of meat:
    onion, potato, carrot.
    Season again to taste.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
