Chocolate Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, uncooked
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare unbaked pie shell.
    Mix sugar, cocoa and margarine. Stir well.
    Add eggs and beat with electric mixer for 2 1/2 minutes.
    Add salt, milk and vanilla.
    Stir in pecans, if desired. Pour filling into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
