Fresh Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 stalk broccoli
    2 medium carrots
    1 green pepper
    3 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In food processor or hand shredder, shred the first 4 ingredients together.
    Set aside.
    In large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, Miracle Whip and Ranch dressing; mix until smooth.
