Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
1/4 c. light cream
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Grate onion and garlic; add to meat.
Add rest and shape into 1-inch balls.
Brown in 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
