Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. navy beans, rinsed and drained
    8 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 c. dark molasses
    1/2 c. catsup (Heinz)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 slices lean bacon, chopped
    1/2 tsp. celery seed, ground
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a Dutch
    oven, add water and beans.
    Bring to a boil and simmer
    2
    hours.
    Drain, reserving liquid.
    Combine salt, brown sugar,
    mustard,
    molasses,
    catsup,
    pepper and ground celery. Mix well
    and add to beans.
    Add rest of the ingredients and bake at
    300\u00b0
    for
    2 to 3 hours.
    Add more reserved liquid, if needed.
