Oven Meatballs In Stroganoff Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    salt
    3 slices bread, crumbled
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine milk, onion, eggs and salt. Add bread crumbs.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add meat and mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 dozen small balls, 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 48 meatballs.
    Contains 222 calories per 6 meatballs.
