Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 c. tomato juice
4 whole cloves
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Form into balls about 1 1/2-inch diameter.
Place remaining ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Cook 3 minutes.
Add meatballs to tomato mixture.
Cover with lid.
Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. After boiling, cook for another 20 minutes.
