Potato Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated raw potatoes
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 1/4 tsp. chopped parsley, baking powder and flour
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Drop by spoonfuls into deep fat at 375\u00b0.
    Fry for 6 minutes or until done.
    Drain.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
