Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    boiling water
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt to taste
    dash of cayenne
    dash of onion salt
    2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt butter and blend in flour. Add enough hot water to make sauce thick.
    Cook until smooth.
    Add the yolks, lemon juice, salt, cayenne and onion salt.
    Can be kept on double boiler for 30 minutes before it separates.
    Reheat before serving.
    If too thick, add more butter or hot water.
    Serves 4 to 6.
