Mexican Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 bag (8 1/2 oz.) regular size corn chips
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Take chicken off bones and cut into bite size pieces.
    Combine enchilada sauce and soup, onion, garlic salt, pepper and chicken. In 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan, layer half the corn chips, chicken mixture and remaining chips.
    Sprinkle cheese over chips.
    Pour broth over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until the cheese melts.
