Strawberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour bottom only of a 9 x 5-inch
    or
    8
    x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Lightly spoon flour into measuring
    cup;
    level
    off.
    In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar,
    salt,
    baking soda and cinnamon.
    In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, combine strawberries, oil and eggs.
    Cover; process until well blended.
    Add to dry ingredients; stir until all dry particles are moistened.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick
    comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely.
    Wrap tightly and store in refrigerator.
