Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    crushed cracker crumbs and 1/2 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; place in 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Heat soup, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.
    Top casserole with crushed cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle melted margarine over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
