Hattie Coffer'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 eggs
    4 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
Preparation
    Combine
    sugar,
    margarine, syrup and eggs.
    Beat until creamy.
    Stir in potatoes.\tPour mixture into a greased baking dish.
    Sprinkle with topping.
