King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 diced onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream (no fat)
    1 can green chilies (mild, 4 oz.), chopped
    1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1/2 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cut into pieces.
    Chop tomatoes.
    Add tomatoes and onion to chicken.
    Mix soup, sour cream and chilies in large bowl.
    Tear tortillas into bite size pieces; set aside.
    Combine cheeses.
    In 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer as follows:
    Using 1/2 of each item:
    chicken, tortillas, soup mix and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
