Herbed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 each large sweet green, red and yellow pepper, cut in 2 x 1/2-inch strips
    1 large yellow onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine peppers, onion, garlic, seasoning, salt and pepper flakes in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
