Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. lard
Preparation
    Mix together and add water, a little at a time, until dough is achieved.
    Pinch off small amount of dough and roll out on floured board.
    Fry just slightly on a greased griddle on both sides, if using for enchiladas.
    Makes 12.
