Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar, divided
    1/2 c. margarine, melted and divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. (up to) orange juice
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mash and beat potatoes until smooth.
    Beat in eggs, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup margarine, salt and cinnamon.
    Starting with 1/4 cup of orange juice, beat in just enough to make mixture moist and fluffy.
    Spoon mixture into casserole (2 to 3-quart size).
    Arrange pecans over top and sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
