Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1 c. milk
1 stick oleo, melted
1 (No. 2 1/2) can peaches (undrained)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together.
Add milk and vanilla gradually. Melt oleo and add to mixture.
Pour peaches and juice into baking dish.
Dump batter into fruit.
Do not stir.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
May use other canned fruit.
