Funeral Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 c. sour cream (light or 20%)
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cloves
Preparation

Mix cream, raisins, brown sugar, salt, beaten eggs and cornstarch and mix smoothly with lemon juice and spices.
Beat well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until firm.
