Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. quick mix
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground sausage, mild
medium or hot
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine ingredients until dough sticks together.
Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Bake about 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serve warm.
Can freeze and reheat.
Makes about 75.
