Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 large onion
    Irish potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    milk
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Boil eggplant and potatoes; use same amount of potatoes as eggplant.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add butter and milk, enough to make casserole of spreading consistency.
    Add onion.
    Put in baking dish with cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
