Wheat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked wheat
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 (15 to 16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, not drained
    2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding or pistachio
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Soak 1 1/2 cups wheat overnight and cook 2 hours.
    Soften cream cheese.
    Sprinkle pudding over cheese.
    Stir in lemon juice, pineapple, wheat and nuts.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
