"Texas Hash"(Beef Stroganoff) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1 small can English peas
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. egg noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburger with onion.
    Drain well.
    Add soup to pan and brown.
    Add sour cream and drained peas, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over egg noodles, toast or rolls.
