Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Cook in a deep fat fryer or electric skillet at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon.
