Crunch Top Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. margarine
    4 to 5 baking size potatoes
    3/4 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in jelly roll pan.
    Add single layer of sliced potatoes.
    Turn over to butter both sides.
    Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
