Cheese And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    dash of black pepper
    10 oz. whole kernel corn
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in water until done.
    Make thickener by mixing flour in 1/2 cup of milk.
    Add to potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Simmer until heated through.
    Add cheese.
    Heat until melted.
