Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw beef cubes (do not brown meat first)
    carrots, cut to suit
    potatoes, cut to suit
    onions, cut to suit
    celery, cut to suit
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 can water
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. quick-cook tapioca
Preparation
    Place beef cubes in baking dish.
    Add chunks of carrots, potatoes, onions and celery.
    Mix together tomato sauce, water and sugar; pour over the meat and vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Scatter tapioca on top.
    Seal with foil.
    Place in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 to 3 hours or set oven at 200\u00b0 and let cook all day. Can cook in heavy pan.
