Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
10 oz. crab meat
5 oz. shrimp (salad size)
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1/2 c. low calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocktail sauce
1 c. chopped celery
4 green onions, cut
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill 1 hour before serving.
