Catfish Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. EACH pepper, dried oregano, and basil
6 fresh or frozen catfish fillets, 3 - 5 oz. each
1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and seasonings.
Dip catfish in butter, then in crumb mixture.
Arrange in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Bake uncovered at 375\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 6.
