Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced (use Granny Smith, Jonathan, McIntosh or any tart apples)
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. dark raisins
2 unbaked 9-inch crusts
Preparation

In large bowl, combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Add apples to mixture.
Stir in raisins.
