Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
6 drops hot pepper sauce
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. oleo, melted (1 stick)
10 eggs, beaten
1 c. diced ham (precooked ham)
Preparation

Melt 1/2 stick oleo in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Beat eggs in large bowl and add other ingredients.
Pour into pan or casserole.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until solid.
Cut in squares, if desired.
Yields 12 to 15 squares.
