Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter for greasing pie plate
    1 9 inch pie crust
    dijon mustard
    1/2 lb. swiss cheese grated
    3 large tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    Fresh basil chopped to taste
Preparation
    Butter pie dish.
    Place crust in dish. Spread with mustard. Spread cheese evenly over all.
    Cover with sliced tomatoes in single layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven, let set for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with basil lightly over all.\tMay be served warm or at room temperature.
