Boston Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. dried beans
1/3 lb. salt pork, diced (I use bacon)
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. catsup
water
Preparation
-
Cook beans until done.
Sear pork; remove fat.
Add to beans the brown sugar, molasses, salt, mustard, onion, catsup and enough water to cover beans well.
Cook until flavor and consistency is thick (slow over low heat at 250\u00b0).
