Joanne Engelman'S Spaghetti Sauce(Also Used For Manicotti, Lasagna And Mostaccioli) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    3 large cans tomato sauce
    3 large cans tomato paste
    1 c. sugar
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    Italian seasoning to taste
    2 or 3 cans water
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Drain. Add sauce, paste and water.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add Italian seasoning and sugar.
    Stir.
    Bring to boil and lower heat to simmer.
    Simmer 2 or 3 hours (more or less).
    Stir often.
