Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. red beans
1 onion, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. smoked sausage (turkey sausage)
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Tony Chachere Creole seasoning
Preparation
-
Soak beans overnight.
Drain beans adding 2 quarts of water. Slice sausage and add remaining ingredients.
Cook until beans are tender, approximately 2 hours.
Serve over rice.
