Pineapple-Strawberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
1 can evaporated milk, chilled
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Preparation

Boil pineapple and sugar for 5 minutes. Add strawberry Jell-O and stir to dissolve.
Beat cream cheese and evaporated milk. Fold into pineapple mixture. Chill.
