Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 slices bread, cut into cubes (crusts too)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Put bread cubes on bottom of pan.
    Fry and drain sausage. Place sausage on top of bread in a 10 x 1 3-inch baking dish. Blend all ingredients and pour over sausage and bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
