Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 oz. chili powder
5 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. half and half
1/3 tsp. salt
1/10 tsp. white pepper
1/10 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation

Mix shredded cheese in mixer for 2 minutes at low speed.
Add chili powder and mix.
Gradually add cream cheese.
Increase mixer speed and add half and half gradually to insure smoothness. Scrape bowl frequently to maintain consistency.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until creamy.
