Peasant Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 oz. active dry yeast
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 2/3 c. lukewarm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
cornmeal
Preparation

Place the yeast and cumin in a large bowl.
Stir in 1/3 cup of the lukewarm water until the yeast is dissolved.
Stir in the remaining 1 1/3 cups of water.
Gradually stir in the remaining flour.
