Apple Roll Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour, sifted
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Spry or Crisco
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine, heat and set aside the water, oleo and brown sugar. Mix flour, baking powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, Crisco, eggs and milk like pie crust.
    Roll; spread grated apples over dough evenly.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over apples.
    Roll jelly roll fashion.
    Cut in 1-inch slices.
    Lay flat in syrup and pour remaining syrup over rolls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
